Using the tools
jpgtopdf provides free browser-based tools for converting, compressing, resizing and editing images and PDFs. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes. You may not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to copy the site and present it as your own.
Your documents
Your files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for the documents you convert and for having the right to use them. Only convert identity documents, such as Aadhaar, PAN or passport scans, that belong to you or that you are authorised to handle.
Official requirements
Size, dimension and format presets (for example "PAN photo under 50 KB" or "SSC signature size") are based on publicly available requirements at the time of writing. Portals change their rules, so always check the current instructions on the official website before you submit. jpgtopdf is an independent tool and is not affiliated with UIDAI, NSDL, UTIITSL, the Income Tax Department, SSC, IBPS or any government body.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make them accurate, but we do not guarantee that every conversion will be error-free or accepted by a particular portal. Keep a copy of your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, jpgtopdf is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including rejected applications, missed deadlines or lost data.
Ads, third-party content and links
The site may display ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense and links to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party ads, sites or services.
Changes
We may update these terms or change the tools at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
