Rearrange PDF pages on a phone
Drag and drop is awkward on touch screens, so every page also has ← and → buttons that move it one place left or right. Deleted pages stay visible but faded until you download, so you can bring one back with a second tap.
Fixing scanned documents
Phone scans often come out in the wrong order or with a page sideways. Rotate the sideways page, move the back side of an ID card after its front, delete the blank page, and save. If the result is too big for a portal afterwards, run it through Compress PDF to 200 KB.
Fix a whole scan in one tap
Two problems come up constantly with scanned documents: every page is upside down, or the pages came out in reverse because the stack was fed back-to-front. Use Rotate all pages (tap twice for 180°) or Reverse page order above the thumbnails, then fine-tune single pages. Undo all changes puts everything back as it was.
Adding pages from another file
This tool rearranges, rotates and deletes pages inside one PDF; it does not insert pages from a second PDF. If the extra pages are photos (for example the back of an ID card), make the complete document from the photos with merge JPG to PDF, then tidy it here. To take pages out into a separate file, use Split PDF.

Does rotating a page lower its quality?
No. Rotation is stored as a page setting in the PDF, so the content is not re-rendered.
Can I combine two PDFs here?
This tool works on one PDF. To combine photos into a PDF use Merge JPG to PDF.
Why are the thumbnails slow to appear?
Each thumbnail is drawn by your own device. Long PDFs on older phones take a few seconds, and nothing is uploaded.
Will links and text stay selectable?
Yes. Pages are copied from the original file, so text, links and form content stay as they were.
How do I rearrange pages in a PDF on my phone?
