Before you write
A few answers live on other pages already. If your question is "is it safe", "does it work on my phone", or "why is my PDF too big", the FAQ on the home page probably covers it. If you want to know how the on-device conversion works, the About page explains it.
A note on your files
We cannot help recover a converted file, because we never had it. The conversion happens entirely on your device and nothing is uploaded to us. That is by design — but it does mean there is no copy on our end to dig up.
