PNG or JPG?

High resolution and 600 DPI
Each step up in DPI makes pages sharper but files much bigger: doubling the DPI gives about four times as many pixels. 150 DPI is right for phones and slides, 300 DPI for printing, and 600 DPI for tiny print, fine drawings or zooming into a plan. At 600 DPI an A4 page is 4961 × 7016 pixels, so convert only the pages you need (type them in the Pages box).
